- 1 Helgas Wholemeal Wrap
- 1 Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedge
- 75g (cooked weight) Shredded Chicken Breast
- 15g Muscle Nation Protein Puffs Barbecue
- 40g Woolworths Shredded Smokey Chipotle Cheddar & Tasty Cheese
- 15ml Reduced Sugar Barbecue Sauce
- Spread the cheese wedge across the wholemeal wrap. Place shredded chicken, protein puffs & shredded cheese one one half of the wrap and top with barbecue sauce.
- Carefully place the wrap onto a sandwich press, and fold the empty half over to cover the chicken & cheese, and then gently press the sandwich press down. Don’t push too hard as the filling will come out of the wrap!
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until you notice the cheese is melted. Stay close and keep an eye on it, making sure you take it off the heat before it melts/oozes out of the wrap!
- Cut in half & enjoy!
