Ingredients
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 1 MN Protein Pancakes
- 5ml Sugar Free Maple Syrup (optional)
Method
- Peel the bananas and slice them into small rounds.
- Complete directions 1 - 6 on the Protein Pancake bottle.
- Pour out pancake mix into a bowl.
- With a fork, dip banana slices into the pancake batter and coat evenly.
- Cook over low to medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Drizzle over sugar free maple syrup and enjoy!
