How do I place an order?

Next, a wholesale team member will follow up and approve your order for dispatch.

When will my order be dispatched?

As soon as your order has been paid, this will sent the order to our warehouse team for dispatch. Once dispatch, you will be notified via email with your tracking details.

Is the pricing shown on the website discounted?

Yes, all pricing shown via the wholesale portal is pre-discounted.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on where you are located shipping may vary.

General Shipping times are as follows:

QLD/NSW: 1-3 Working Days

SA/VIC: 2-5 Working Days

NT: 5-8 working Days
