- 100g Muscle Nation Baking Melts
- 1 Muscle Nation Choc Berry Custard Protein Bar
- 3 Milk Arrowroot Biscuits
- 15g Marshmallows
- Chop Protein Bar, Biscuits & Marshmallows up until little pieces, and mix them all in a bowl together!
- Put this mixture into a small dish or slice tin, spreading it out across the dish, but not too much (you want it nice and compact to make a chunky rocky road!)
- In a small saucepan, melt the Baking Chips on a medium to high heat. Make sure to continuously stir and watch them, as they melt quickly!
- Once melted, pour the chocolate over the chunky mixture, covering it evenly.
- Place in the fridge to set for an hour or 2!
