Ingredients

  • 1 Muscle Nation Pancakes
  • 200g Monkfruit Icing Powder
  • 40g Cocoa Powder
  • 20g Unsalted Butter
  • 3 tablespoons of boiling water
  • 25g Shredded Coconut

Method

  1. Add 300ml of water to your pancake mixture, mix and place in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown
  2. Once the pancake mix is cooked, let it completely cool for around 25-30 minutes
  3. Add your Monkfruit Icing sugar to a bowl
  4. Add in cocoa
  5. Add melted butter
  6. Add boiling water
  7. Mix until you get a smooth consistency
  8. Place coconut into a separate bowl
  9. Cut your base into 9 pieces
  10. Using two forks, coat in chocolate sauce and then into coconut.
  11. Allow to dry for 10 minutes then dig in!
