Ingredients
- 1 Muscle Nation Pancakes
- 200g Monkfruit Icing Powder
- 40g Cocoa Powder
- 20g Unsalted Butter
- 3 tablespoons of boiling water
- 25g Shredded Coconut
Method
- Add 300ml of water to your pancake mixture, mix and place in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown
- Once the pancake mix is cooked, let it completely cool for around 25-30 minutes
- Add your Monkfruit Icing sugar to a bowl
- Add in cocoa
- Add melted butter
- Add boiling water
- Mix until you get a smooth consistency
- Place coconut into a separate bowl
- Cut your base into 9 pieces
- Using two forks, coat in chocolate sauce and then into coconut.
- Allow to dry for 10 minutes then dig in!
