Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle Muscle Nation Protein Pancakes
  • 20g Muscle Nation Whey Protein - Vanilla Ice-Cream
  • 400ml Skim Milk
  • 100g Mixed Berries
  • 25g Protein Peanut Butter

Method

  1. Tip Protein Powder into the Protein Pancake mixture
  2. Mix with skim milk & shake well
  3. Pour ¼ of the mix into fry pan, to make pancakes of your desired size
  4. While they’re cooking, melt peanut butter in a small saucepan
  5. Once pancakes are cooked, top with melted PB & berries!
