- 1 Woolworths Mini Croissant
- 40g Light Ricotta Cheese
- 20g YoPro High protein Natural Yogurt
- 2g Cacao Powder
- 10g Muscle Nation Double Chocolate Casein Custard
- 20g Nutella
- Lightly toast the croissant on the air-fryer for roughly 2 minutes.
- Mix Ricotta, Yogurt, Cacao & Protein Powder together in a small mixing bowl.
- Put 20g of Nutella into a small saucepan, and melt for approx 30-60 seconds (continuing to mix and remove from the heat as it gets melted and runny!)
- Spoon the yogurt mix into the croissant and drizzle the melted Nutella over the top!
