Ingredients
- 40g Oats
- 35g Sugar free maple syrup
- 10g Nuttalex
- 1 date (chopped up finely)
- 2 Scoops MN CUSTARD Plant Protein - Cinnamon Churros
- 100ml Water
Method
- Preheat oven to 180
- Blend oats in a blender to create a fine powder
- In a bowl, add the blended oats, chopped date, nuttalex and maple syrup together and combine until you get a biscuit base consistency
- In a greased tart tray, press the mixture in and press up the sides of the mould to create the base
- Bake base in the oven for 10-15 minutes
- Remove the base from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes
- In a separate bowl mix together the Cinnamon Churros Custard Powder with your choice of milk/water and mix together until a Custard forms.
- Add custard into the tart tray and place in the freezer for 20 minutes
- Remove tart from the freezer and enjoy
