Choc Honeycomb Protein Pizza

This Gluten Free Dessert Pizza is a delicious fusion of two favourites using our MN Custard Protein in Choc Honeycomb flavour.

This gluten free high protein snack is easy to bake and customisable with your favourite toppings. Be sure to check your topping choices to ensure they are gluten free if you are gluten intolerant.

Ingredients

  • 80g Protein yogurt
  • 100g Gluten free flour
  • 1 Serving MN Custard Protein - Choc Honeycomb
  • 5g Choc Honeycomb pieces
  • 10g Sugar free white chocolate (to drizzle)

Method

  1. In a bowl, add flour & yogurt together, knead until it forms a dough.
  2. Set aside and let rest for 10-20 minutes
  3. Flour the benchtop and roll out dough to form a pizza shape (doesn’t need to be a perfect circle).
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. While the base is cooling, mix together custard powder with your choice of milk or water until it is a thick consistency.
  6. Spread the custard over the pizza base and top with honeycomb pieces and white choc drizzle or your choice of toppings.
  7. Enjoy!
