Banana Bread
Sweet and Delicious cafe-style Banana Bread, but even better. Made with our All Natural Plant Based Protein to help keep you full for longer, this Banana treat is the perfect protein snack. Happy cooking and shopping with Muscle Nation.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop MN Plant Protein Banana Nut Muffin
- 2 mashed Bananas (over ripe)
- 2 cups (200g) Almond Meal
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil (or Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 1/4 cup Honey (or Agave Syrup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- OPTIONAL
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1 serve MN Custard Protein (extra protein & taste)
DIRECTIONS
- Makes 10
- Preheat oven 160 degrees (fan forced)
- In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients & stir
- Add mashed banana, eggs, coconut oil, honey & mix
- Spray loaf tin with oil spray
- Pour mixture into tin and place in oven
- Bake for 20-30mins
- Allow time to cool before slicing
