Ingredients
- 300g Apple Slices
- 100g Rolled Oats
- 60g Plain Flour
- 5g Baking Powder
- 5g Cinnamon
- 2 Scoops Muscle Nation WPI - Cinnamon Churros
- 100ml Egg Whites
- 10g Lanes Apple Pie Seasoning
- 20ml Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 10g Almond Butter
Method
- Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees Celsius
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix until fully combined
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the bars are cooked through
- Allow the Apple Pie Breakfast Bars to cool in the baking dish for a few minutes. Once cooled, carefully remove from the dish and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Once cooled, cut into bars or squares.
