Our Biscoff Baked Oats is super fluffy, warm and will totally hit the spot when you feel like having something sweet. Made with our Golden Ice Cream Custard Protein it's the perfect snack or dessert packed with protein.

Ingredients
- 1 Serve MN Golden Ice Cream Custard Protein
- 35g rolled oats
- 2.5g baking powder
- 100ml almond milk
- 50g high protein yogurt
- 10g sugar free maple syrup
- 15g Biscoff spread
- ⅓ Lotus Biscoff Biscuit

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Blend oats into a blender until it forms a powder
- In a bowl add all dry ingredients (excluding biscoff biscuit)
- Slowly add in milk, yogurt, maple syrup and 10g of biscoff spread and stir until well combined
- Transfer into ramekin dish and top with biscuit
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and top with remaining biscoff if desired
