Eligibility:

(a) You must be a resident of Australia, except for the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

(b) You must be 18 years of age or older.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you meet the entry requirements and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Each individual is limited to one entry for the competition.

Employees and immediate family members of our employees are not eligible to participate.

We reserve the right to withhold the prize until the winner provides reasonable proof of their residency and age, at our sole discretion.

All entries have an equal and random chance of being selected.

We are not responsible for any fluctuations in the value of the prize. The prize, or any remaining portion of it, cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policies of Muscle Nation and Kiva Wellness. Entries must be submitted in your own name, and the promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants, including their identity and age, at any time.

Entries are valid from Monday, September 11, 2023, to Monday, October 16, 2023. The prize winner will be announced on the @musclenation and @kivawellness Instagram accounts and contacted via email within three business days of the competition. Terms and conditions may be subject to change.
