How do I use Three-D?
Mix 1 scoop in a shaker with 500 mL of cold water and shake well.
Is Three-D really caffeine free and how does it work?
Yes, Three-D does not contain caffeine. It is the perfect pre-workout if you don’t want that nasty crash that caffeinated pre-workouts may give you. Three D is also a great option if you train late in the evening and are caffeine sensitive but still want that focus and performance.
Three-D is a great alternative if you want your pre-workout to give you no jitters, no anxiety, no crash, no tingly feeling. It will provide you the focus to zone into your workout, the muscle pump and the added performance for your workouts.
When should I take Three-D?
We recommend taking Three-D 15 - 30 minutes before your workout.
Can I take three-d as my pre-workout?
Yes, get the most out of your workout by taking 1/2 - 1 scoop with water 15 - 30 minutes prior to your activity to allow time for the ingredients to absorb optimally.
Will taking three-d make my skin tingle like other pre-workouts?
No, Three-D does not have the “tingle” ingredient called beta-alanine.
How many serves are there in a tub?
