How do I use Destiny?
Mix 1/2 - 1 scoop in a shaker with 500 mL of cold water and shake well.
Always assess your caffeine tolerance. Start with 1/2 scoop and work your way up to 1 scoop.
When should I take Destiny?
We recommend taking Destiny first thing in the morning OR before midday (this serve will ensure key ingredients are working throughout the day). Destiny will also be your go to before any activity (cardio, workout etc).
Can I take Destiny as my pre-workout?
Yes, get the most out of your workout by taking 1/2 - 1 scoop with water 15 - 30 minutes prior to your activity. If you have a higher tolerance for caffeine and want more energy, take 1 - 2 scoops before your activity.
Will taking Destiny make my skin tingle like other pre-workouts?
No, Destiny does not have the “tingle” ingredient called beta-alanine.
How many serves are there in a tub?
There are 30 servings (30 scoops) in a tub.
Can I take Destiny with other Muscle Nation supplements?
Yes, optimise your workout performance and recovery by stacking Destiny with Creatine and our non-caffeinated pump and performance supplement Three-D (3D).
If you choose to stack Destiny and Three-D together, add extra water in your shaker and consume both before your workout.
You can also add our unflavoured Creatine to help optimise your workout performance and recovery.
How many scoops can I take daily?
We recommend that you do not exceed 2 scoops per day.
How much caffeine is in destiny?
Destiny contains 150mg of caffeine per serve (average cup of coffee contains 95mg). If you have a high caffeine tolerance and need more of an energy hit, you can take 1 - 2 scoops of Destiny, or try our high energy pre-workout called Legacy which contains 300mg of caffeine per serve.
Can I take Destiny if I am sensitive to caffeine?
Destiny is not recommended for anyone under the age of 16.
Can I take Destiny even if I am not going to the gym?
Yes, we recommend replacing it with your morning coffee, or a mid-morning pick-me-up to give you an energy kick start to the day. This serve will ensure key ingredients are working throughout the day.
Can I take Destiny if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
No, Destiny is not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. We recommend consulting your health practitioner before adding this into your routine after pregnancy and breastfeeding has ended.
Is Destiny suitable for children?
No, Destiny is not recommended for anyone under the age of 16.
Is Destiny gluten free?
Yes.
Is Destiny vegan friendly?
