The site will be locked on Monday 14th November, giving us 24 hours to get everything ready for launch to make your shopping experience as fast, smooth and enjoyable as possible.
WILL EVERYTHING BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE TO PREVIEW BEFORE THE SALE?

In order to be prepared for our biggest sale of the year and to make your checkout experience as smooth as possible, we recommended adding items to your wishlist.

HOW DO I CLAIM THE FREE FITNESS PACK?
The first 10,000 orders over $250 AUD (after discount) during our Black Friday Sale will receive a free Fitness Pack & free shipping valued at $170. There are four Fitness Packs to choose from!
The Fitness Pack includes:

You will be prompted at checkout to select the gift pack of your choice once you spend over $250 AUD (after discount).
CAN I RECEIVE MULTIPLE GIFT PACKS?
Only one gift pack per customer per order over $250 AUD.
If your order is $500 this does not qualify you for two gift packs.
CAN I BUY THE ITEMS FROM THE GIFT PACK?
These items will not be available to buy during the Black Friday sale. The MN Fitness Pack (new duffle bag/ sports bag, sweat towel, squeeze bottle), is an exclusive gift for our Black Friday Sale (order over $250 AUD).
CAN I CHANGE MY FITNESS PACK (FREE GIFT) FOR ANOTHER COLOUR?
Unfortunately no. The first 10,000 orders will receive a Free MN Fitness Pack, so please be careful when selecting your style.
At checkout you will be prompted to select your free gift pack (four to choose from).
HOW DO I USE MY BLACK FRIDAY $25 CREDIT?
If you have signed up to be a VIP during our Black Friday Sale, you will receive your $25 code two days before the sale, which will be Sunday 13th November.
To use your $25 AUD Black Friday credit, the total order amount must exceed $250 AUD, which will also activate your 'Free Fitness Gift Pack' (valued at $170).
If you do not receive an email with your $25 code two days prior to our launch date, please get in touch with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or Facebook message us here. so we can provide you with the code.
This $25 AUD credit is only valid during our Black Friday Sale. The voucher is only valid for one purchase per person. I FORGOT TO APPLY MY VIP DISCOUNT CODE, CAN YOU HELP?
No, if you have forgotten to enter your VIP discount code at checkout, we are unable to apply the discount code after the order has been confirmed.
ARE SUPPLEMENTS ON SALE?
Yes, all supplements are part of the 40% Off storewide discount.
CAN I STILL USE STACK AND SAVE?
You will need to choose your supplements individually, as they will all be discounted at 40% Off. This includes all supplements, protein snacks and custard protein bars.
There will be no stack and save bundles available during our Black Friday Sale period.
Supplements will be available to ship worldwide.
CAN I PURCHASE CUSTARD PROTEIN BARS ONLINE?
Yes, our Custard Protein Bars (box of 12), will be available and 40% Off during our Black Friday Sale.
Please note, there are no exchanges or returns available on food products. Please select your flavour carefully.
HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?
During this period our warehouse will be operating 7 days a week and extended hours daily to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
Due to the high amount of orders placed during our Black Friday Sale, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your dispatch information (for your order to be picked and packed). Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by our couriers, you will receive tracking updates via Email and SMS.
Orders placed during the Black Friday Sale will begin the dispatch process from Friday 18th November.
This is a very busy time of the year for couriers as they approach peak season. Once your orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, please be mindful, there are differing delays depending on your location. This means it might take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Nonetheless, orders will be flying out of the Muscle Nation warehouse and couriers are working extended hours to make sure your packages are with you in no time!

HOW DO I CLAIM FREE SHIPPING?
Spend over $100 AUD (after discount) and you will receive free standard shipping Australia wide.
Express shipping and International shipping will incur their respective charges at checkout.
IF I SELECT EXPRESS SHIPPING, WILL MY ORDER BE PRIORITISED?
If you select Express Shipping, please note, this does not mean your order will be prioritised during the dispatch process (pick and pack from our warehouse). However, it will be prioritised in transit with the courier as it is being shipped via express post.
YOUR ORDER TRACKING
You will receive your tracking information when your shipping label is printed at our warehouse. Your order will then be picked up and scanned out of our warehouse by the courier. Your tracking link might say ‘Invalid’ or ‘Pending’ - this is completely normal. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Due to the volume of orders leaving our warehouse, some couriers take parcels to their sorting facilities to undergo initial scans. This is why it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Please be mindful, this is a very busy time of the year for participating couriers as they approach peak season.

I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Once an order is placed during our Black Friday Sale, we are unable to adjust it. This includes: incorrect sizes, colour changes, item changes and address changes. Please be mindful when checking out to ensure your shipping details are correct and the items in your cart are correct.
Please note, we also cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
I HAVE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
No, unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders. Each order will be dispatched separately.
PAYMENT AND DISCOUNT CODES
CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES ALONG WITH THE 40% OFF STOREWIDE DISCOUNT?
Gift cards and credits (from returns) can be used with our 40% off storewide discount.
No other discount codes and athlete codes will be available to use.
Our 40% off discount is a storewide sale. Our website will have all prices slashed by 40% (showing the 40% off discounted price), there will be no need to enter a coupon at checkout.
Please note, Loyalty Points will not be available to use/ redeem during this sale period however, you are still able to gain points for future purchases!
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS WILL BE AVAILABLE?
All our usual payment methods will be available during our Black Friday Sale. This includes; Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Sezzle, LayBuy, Zip Pay, Klarna, ShopPay and Google Pay.
IF SOMETHING SELLS OUT, CAN I PURCHASE IT LATER IF IT RESTOCKS AT THE DISCOUNTED PRICE?
No, once items sell out, it will not be available at that discounted price.
We suggest making sure you are ready and on the website shopping during launch day (Tuesday 15th November at 8am AEST).
Some items might be restocked at a later date. If your size sells out, you are more than welcome to sign up to the email notifications (on all product pages).
By chance, if your size returns you will be notified by email.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return items purchased at 40% Off during our Black Friday Sale.
We will be issued a store credit for all returns. The value of the credit will be for the price you paid during the sale. During our Black Friday sale period, we kindly ask customers to please allow at least 7 business days for their return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. For this reason, we have extended our return policy to 14 days.
