WHEN DOES THE SALE START?

WHAT IS THE STOREWIDE DISCOUNT?

40% off storewide. No minimum spend.

WHICH ITEMS WILL BE DISCOUNTED

Our entire store is discounted 40% off, nothing is excluded.

Everything! Current items and our brand new Black Friday Collection, mens, womens & supplements (200+ new items).

CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES ALONG WITH THE STOREWIDE DISCOUNT?

Gift cards and credits (from returns) can be used with our 40% off storewide discount. No other discount codes, review codes or athlete codes will be available to use. As our 40% off discount is a storewide sale, there will be no need to enter any other coupons at the checkout. 

Please note, Loyalty Points will not be available to use during this sale period however, you are still able to gain points for future purchases! 

WHAT ABOUT SUPPLEMENTS?

All supplements are part of the 40% off storewide discount. 

There will be no pre-made stacks and bundles available during our Black Friday Sale period. You will need to choose your supplements individually, and they will all be at 40% off.

Supplements will only be available to ship to Australia, New Zealand & USA.

WILL EVERYTHING BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE TO PREVIEW BEFORE THE SALE?

Yes, we will have all our new styles for men and women available for viewing online prior to the start of the sale. Please stay tuned via our website and Instagram @MuscleNation for updates on when these items will be ready to view. 

IF SOMETHING SELLS OUT, CAN I PURCHASE IT LATER AT THE DISCOUNTED PRICE?

Once an item sells out, it will not be available later on to purchase at the discounted price. 

We suggest making sure you are ready and on the website shopping during launch this Friday 19th November at 8am AEST.

Some items might be restocked at a later date at their full price. If your size sells out, you are more than welcome to sign up to the email notifications (on all product pages). By chance, if your size returns online, we will put stock back online and you will be notified by email.

WHAT IS THE FREE GIFT WITH ORDERS OVER $250 AUD?

The first 10,000 orders over $250 AUD (after discount) will receive a gift pack of their choice valued at $200. There are four styles of gift packs to choose from, while stocks last.

SHIPPING FAQS

BLACK FRIDAY SHIPPING - YOUR ORDER

During this period our warehouse will be operating 7 days a week and extended hours daily to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

Due to the high amount of orders placed during our Black Friday Sale, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your dispatch information. This means it may take our team up to 10 business days to pick and pack your order once it has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by our couriers, you will receive tracking updates via Email and SMS.

This is also a very busy time of the year for participating couriers as they approach peak season. Once your orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, please be mindful, there are differing delays depending on your location. This means it might take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Nonetheless, orders will be flying out of the Muscle Nation warehouse and couriers are working extended hours to make sure your packages are with you in no time!

We kindly appreciate your understanding and patience during this very busy period!

WILL MY ORDER BE DELAYED IN TRANSIT DUE TO COVID?

Couriers remain operational and ready to deliver to you as they approach peak season. However, due to COVID restrictions and an increased volume of parcels in courier networks, there are known delays during this time. 

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, please be mindful, there are differing shipping delays depending on your location. Couriers are working extended hours, while complying with health and safety directives, to ensure all parcels are delivered ASAP.

IF I SELECT EXPRESS SHIPPING, WILL MY ORDER BE PRIORITISED?

If you select Express Shipping, please note, this does not mean your order will be prioritised during the dispatch process (pick and pack from our warehouse). However, it will be prioritised in transit with the courier as it is being shipped via express post.

MY TRACKING INFORMATION HAS NOT UPDATED?

You will receive your tracking information when your shipping label is printed at our warehouse. Your order will then be picked up and scanned out of our warehouse by the courier. Your tracking link might say ‘Invalid’ or ‘Pending’ - this is completely normal. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Due to the volume of orders leaving our warehouse, some couriers take parcels to their sorting facilities to undergo initial scans. This is why it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update. Please be mindful, this is a very busy time of the year for participating couriers as they approach peak season.

HOW DO I CLAIM FREE SHIPPING?

Spend over $100 AUD (after discount) and you will receive free standard shipping Australia wide. 

Express shipping and International shipping will incur their respective charges at checkout.

ORDER FAQS

I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

Once an order is placed during our Black Friday Sale, we are unable to adjust it. This includes: incorrect sizes, colour changes, item changes and address changes. Please be mindful when checking out to ensure your shipping details are correct and the items in your cart are correct. 

Please note, we also cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

I HAVE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?

No, unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders. Each order will be dispatched separately. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may return items purchased at 40% off during our Black Friday Sale. We will be issuing a store credit in exchange for all returns. The value of the credit will be for the price you paid during the sale. During our Black Friday sale period, we kindly ask customers to please allow at least 7 business days for their return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.
