Our warehouse will be operating over 24 hours, 7 days a week, during this period to get your orders out as quickly as possible, so rest assured we are working around the clock!
Due to the high amount of orders placed during our one and only sale of the year, please allow up to a 15-20 business day delay in receiving your dispatch information. Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by our couriers, you will receive tracking updates via Email and SMS.
Please be mindful, this is also a very busy time of the year for participating couriers as they approach peak season. Once your orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, please be mindful there are differing delays depending on your location. This means it might take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Nonetheless, orders will be flying out of the Muscle Nation warehouse and couriers are working extended hours to make sure your packages are with you in no time!

Yes, our 40% off discount is available storewide! This includes our new collections, best sellers and supplements. Over 180 brand new items will be available for you to purchase at 40% off, along with our current website stock. Our Black Friday Sale is our one and only sale of the year in November.
Does this discount apply to new collections or only selected items?
This sitewide discount applies to our new and current collections! We’re so excited for you to see the fresh styles set to launch for men and women - and just in time for summer. We want you to be able to take advantage of this amazing discount on our current stock and as well as new collections.
Can I use a discount code or gift card along with the 40% off discount?
Gift cards and credits (from returns) can be used with our 40% off storewide discount. No other discount codes or athlete codes will be available to use. As our 40% off discount is a storewide sale, there will be no need to enter any other coupons at the checkout. Current loyalty Bronze, Silver and Gold codes will also not be available to use during this sale period.
However, we are super excited to announce there will be a new Muscle Nation Rewards program in place just in time for Black Friday for you to accrue your points.
With the new rewards program, can I redeem my points during the Black Friday Sale?
During our Black Friday Sale you can earn reward points however, you will not be able to redeem them. Not to worry, after the sale period is finished, you will be able to access all your points and use them on future orders!

How long is the sale for?

Can I use Afterpay / Sezzle / Laybuy / Zip Pay?

Will everything be up on the website before Black Friday to view?
Yes, we will have all our new styles for men and women available for viewing online prior to the start of the sale. Please stay tuned via our website and Instagram @MuscleNation for updates on when these items will be ready to view.
If something goes out of stock, can I purchase it later on at the discounted price?
Once items sell out, it will not be available later on to purchase at the discounted price.
Some items will be restocked at a later date, but other items are only until stocks last. If your size sells out, you are more than welcome to sign up to the email notifications if your size returns online. However, post-sale period, items originally discounted at 40% off will revert to full price.
Returns & Exchanges?
Great news! We have extended our returns window as we understand we’re approaching the busiest time of the year. You now have 60 days to complete your return from placing your order.
You may return items purchased at 40% off during our Black Friday Sale. We will be issuing a store credit in exchange for all returns. The value of the credit will be for the price you paid during the sale.
During this sale period, we ask customers to please allow 10-14 business days for their return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.

What is the best way to contact you if there is an issue with my order?
If you have order issues, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or Email. Our Customer Care Team is always on standby to resolve any issues you may have during this sale period. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a reply during this busy period.
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?
If your address enquiry is urgent, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately after placing your order. You can reach us via Facebook Messenger or Email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will always do our best to fulfil any address changes you may have. However, due to the volume of orders we receive during our Black Friday Sale period, this task can be very challenging. Therefore, we cannot guarantee our team will be able to make your desired address changes before your order is dispatched. Please make sure you double check all your address details before proceeding through the checkout.
Once I’ve placed my order, can I change an item?
Due to the magnitude of orders we receive during our Black Friday Sale period, we are unable to make changes to confirmed orders. Not to worry, if you have purchased the wrong item or size, we have extended our returns window! You may return your desired items in exchange for a store credit.

I live around the corner from the warehouse, can I click and collect my order?
No, during this sale period we will not be offering for customers to come and collect their orders from our warehouse.
We do understand coming to our warehouse may be a quicker alternative to collecting your parcel. But, as we operate out of an industrial warehouse, the health and safety of our team members and customers is our number one priority.
For this reason, we have various health and safety measures in place, so during our sale period we are not offering for customers to click and collect their orders.
Will I receive free shipping on my order?
We’re offering free standard shipping for orders over $100 heading Australia wide and free international shipping for orders over $200 AUD.
To receive the gift pack, will my order need to reach $200 before or after the discount?
Your order will need to exceed $200 AUD after discount to receive the gift pack offer.
If I ordered express shipping, will my order be prioritised?
Our team will be working around the clock to ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible during this sale period. Even though we prioritise all express orders, even if orders are placed with express post - they will also experience a dispatch delay.
Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by our couriers, you will receive tracking updates via email and SMS. Please be mindful, even if you order express, this will have its own delays. This is a very busy period for couriers.
Do I need to add a discount code to receive the 40% off during Black Friday?
You won’t need to add a discount code at the checkout to receive the 40% off. All prices will already be discounted, so you can see the savings while browsing. Simply add items to your cart and happy shopping!
Once an item is in my cart, is it reserved?
No, items cannot be held or reserved in carts as Shopify does not currently allow this feature - mainly for security reasons. This way, spam accounts and bots cannot hold large quantities of items in carts to stop other customers from purchasing these products. So get in quick on launch day to grab all your desired sizes and styles!
Can I pre-load my cart before the Black Friday Sale?
No, you will not be able to pre-load your cart before the start of the sale. Our website will be turned off 48hrs prior to the sale going live. For the best shopping experience, we recommend clearing your cache so you can browse our website at 40% off without any issues.
I’ve made multiple orders, can I combine these together?
If you place multiple orders during our Black Friday Sale, each order will be dispatched separately. Our team is working around the clock to ensure all your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, so we are unable to combine multiple orders during this time.
What happens if one of my items oversells?
In the unlikely event one of your items oversells, we will promptly remove and refund the item from your order. Your order will then be shipped via your selected shipping method.
Will I need to pay any additional duties or customs fees on my order?
We will always do our best to ensure the amount of tax being charged to you is as minimal as possible. However, we cannot guarantee a customer will not encounter any additional taxes upon their order passing through their country’s customs.

Not to worry, if your parcel experiences slight delays in transit, this can be quite normal as this is a very busy time for participating couriers. Please be mindful, as couriers approach peak season, there are also differing delays depending on your location, so it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

If I make an order during Black Friday, will I receive it before Christmas?
Yes, orders placed before November 30th will be received before Christmas. With our warehouse operating over 24 hours, 7 days a week during this period, we will be getting your orders out as quickly as possible.
We just note, please be mindful, this is the busiest time of the year for participating couriers as they approach peak season. Once your orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, they might experience courier delays which are out of our control.
